Description: Hipsters on the Upbeat program activities will include; Libation and Tribute to the ancestors for women experiencing their first mother’s day with out their mom, each year we recognize very special transition period for women Hip Honors ceremony to share public acknowledgement of the special women in our lives, Hip Dance – demonstrating physical fitness can be fun as well the benefits of our historical womb dance , Well woman education – it is what we do to enhance the health and well being Expressions of cultural affirmation (entertainment that is positive) Model healthy eating menu that is simply scrumptious and Closing Ritual – touching the spirit of women who lend strength and flight to our wings
