State-Based Programs
CDC-Funded States
The CDC is providing about $22 million over the next five years in
cooperative agreement funding to 16 states. The funding will enable them to
strengthen their oral health programs and reduce inequalities in the oral
health of their residents. This page lists the states funded.

These resources are for those who do day-to-day program planning and
management, implementation, building of partnerships, and evaluation.

State Oral Health Plans
Participating states have provided their state oral health plans to CDC to
help other states with their plan development process.
