The AESDirect Program is experiencing technical issues with password
authentication for some company accounts. For those who can log in,
the system response time may be delayed as you access the various
sections of the shipment.
The AESDirect contractor is aware of these issues and is working to
resolve the matter. We expect the matter to be resolved soon.
