 Potential AESDirect Program Outage

 This message is intended for AESDirect program users only. 

 Due to utility maintenance at the primary datacenter for the AESDirect 
         program, AESDirect may not be available beginning at 10:00 PM EDT 
         Friday, June 15, 2007 through 6:00 AM EDT Saturday, June 16, 2007. 

We strongly encourage you to file your shipments prior to 
         this extended outage when possible. 
   
         AESDirect program filers may export Non-Licensed shipments under the 
         AES Downtime Policy during this outage.  Licensed shipments must be 
         held until the AESDirect program is restored and an AES ITN is 
         received. 

 If you utilize the AES Downtime Policy for export, please contact the 
         port where you will export from.
