USGS scientist Virginia Burkett was interviewed about the impacts of climate change on coastal systems for stories published February 3 in The Times-Picayune (New Orleans, LA) and The Baton Rouge Advocate (LA). Burkett was also interviewed January 31 about climate change by Earthjustice (CA) and KTBS-TV in Shreveport, LA.
