Transitioning Service Members, Veterans, and their Families Asked to Take Part in Survey

HQMC (MR) Quantico, VA – The Transition Assistance Management Program (TAMP) and the Family Member Employment Assistance Program (FMEAP) offices are seeking transitioning service members, veterans, and their respective family members to participate in a survey to evaluate their overall experience with these assistance programs. 
To be eligible to participate, service members and veterans must have attended the Pre-Separation Counseling Brief, Transition Assistance Program (TAP) Employment Workshop, or other transition services offered by TAMP. Family members must have used employment assistance, career coaching, or other assistance offered by FMEAP. Survey participants will be asked about their experiences with TAMP and FMEAP services and have an opportunity to suggest improvements to the various services and assistance the programs offer.
Although participation is voluntary, eligible service members are encouraged to complete this survey, along with their family members. Greater participation will provide more reliable and actionable information to assist the program mangers in developing follow-on initiatives. The survey is anonymous and will have no traceable data to the participant. Collected data will be analyzed for trends within pay grade, geographical areas, and other demographic categories. Through analysis, plans and initiatives will be developed to enhance the quality of transition and employment assistance to Marines and Marine families.
