An NIAID training program for undergraduate,
graduate, and medical students from underrepresented
groups who come
to NIH for five days of mentoring, seminars, tours
of the laboratories, and other career enhancing opportunities.

Research Support
Multiproject research grants awarded to minority institutions or institutions
with significant numbers of underrepresented minorities. NIAID co-funds
projects within
its scientific mission. The Minority

NRSA Predoctoral Fellowships to Promote Diversity in Health-Related
Research (F31)
NIH-wide
program that provides funding under National Research Service Award guidelines.
Gives a stipend and a limited amount of tuition funds to predoctoral
students from underrepresented
groups.
