PhyML interface

Purpose: This page provides an interface to the PhyML program, a fast and flexible program that generates good ML trees. See atgc.lirmm.fr/phyml/ for more information on PhyML. Smaller trees (input file size < 250K) will be run immediately, results for larger ones will be sent by email. The maximum filesize without bootstrapping is 2 megabytes; see 'more info' for size limits with bootstrapping. More info
