Practice Your Skills
To prepare for the Olympics, Team USA has to practice. As a member of the Gold Medal Travel Health Team, you need to practice too! Read more about the travel health "skills" you need to practice before you leave, during your trip, and after you come home.
All travelers (even your parents!) should ALWAYS practice these travel health skills:
- Wash your hands.
- Wear sunscreen, a hat, and bug spray when you go outside.
- Drink lots of bottled water.
- Stay away from animals you don't know.
