Verifying that a Product is Available
To locate and/or order a publication or other product sent to NTIS, use our Web site's verification page to look up the title or order number you have.
If you wish, our Sales Desk (1-800-553-6847 or (703) 605-6000, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.; EST, Mon-Fri) will verify a title or order number for you. You may also e-mail your inquiry to us at info@ntis.gov.
NTIS Pricing
NTIS cannot be responsible for inaccurate pricing appearing on other agencies' Websites or through other agencies' advertisements or price quotes. See Return Policy.
Online Ordering
Shopping online at NTIS is safe and secure. NTIS accepts payment online either by major credit card or an NTIS Deposit Account. Our Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card or deposit account number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

RUSH Service (Telephone orders only)

NTIS also offers its customers a RUSH Service option for an additional fee. Using RUSH service, orders for paper, microfiche, and in-stock audiovisuals are processed inhouse by NTIS within one business day, and then shipped the following business day by overnight courier to addresses within the U.S. or by airmail to addresses outside of the U.S. Because RUSH Orders are prioritized and in many cases manufactured within minutes, they cannot be modified or cancelled. (Please allow 1-3 business days for inhouse processing of RUSH orders for computer products.)
