Canada The TA&R Program cooperates with the National Energy Board (NEB) of Canada to jointly several research initiatives regarding the safety and pollution prevention aspects of offshore oil and gas operations. The NEB has also been very active with MMS and other regulatory authorities in sponsoring the International Committee on Regulatory Authorities on Research and Development (ICRARD) to share information and to cooperate on research to the safety of offshore operations.
