Time Limit
You must meet the following important time limit or the Court cannot consider your appeal.
You must file your Notice of Appeal with the Court by mail or fax within 120 days after the date when the Board of Veterans Appeal mailed a copy of its final decision to you and/or your representative.

Please Note: The date stamped on the front of the Board of Veterans Appeal's decision is the date when it was mailed.
