NOAA Fisheries Magnuson-Stevens Act Website Online
On January 12, 2007, President Bush signed the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Reauthorization Act of 2006. The Act includes several provisions related to bycatch, including Section 316, which establishes a Bycatch Reduction Engineering Program. You can learn about it all at this new website.
