| U.S. Navy Lt. Cmdr. Gayle Kostyack, a Public Health Service dental hygienist, performs an oral examination on a patient aboard the Military Sealift Command hospital ship USNS Comfort (T-AH 20) in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, in support of Continuing Promise 2009 on April 27, 2009. The Comfort deployed as part of the four-month humanitarian and civic assistance mission to Latin America and the Caribbean.
