Formerly known as the Small Business Environmental Assistance Program (SBEAP), the Business Resource division's primary purpose is to assist small businesses that are or will be subject to requirements under the Federal 1990 Clean Air Act Amendment.

For small businesses and activities that may require an air quality permit, the Business Resource Center can provide permit application assistance, on-site compliance information, education, training, and pollution prevention technologies.
