NOAA Teacher at Sea, Becky Bell, dons her survival suit during a safety drill on the DELAWARE II.

Becky Bell, Environmental Education Specialist for the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE), sailed aboard NOAA Ship DELAWARE II for 16 days in August while scientists conducted ecosystems monitoring surveys off the coast of New England.
