Receipt of Supplementary Material After the Submission of the

Maximum of two pages (single sided) per project and core. The format must follow NIH guidelines on margins and type size. Original photographs or color images of gels, photomicrographs, etc. may be submitted, provided that a photocopy is also included within the 2-page limit.

Please note that only new data generated since the submission of the grant application will be accepted.

Changes in the scope of the application after submission will not be considered and will be returned to the Principal Investigator (PI). Only in highly unusual circumstances will a change in scope be considered. The Principal Investigator must contact the Scientific Review Administrator (SRA) who, in consultation with NIDDK staff, will determine whether the change in scope will be allowed.

Publications — email indicating that a submitted publication has been accepted for publication since submission of the grant application. Do not send pre-publication unless requested by the SRO. Once the date of the review meeting has been confirmed, the SRA assigned to the application(s) will contact the PI and will convey the date of the review.

Submission via email is strongly encouraged.

Supplementary material will not be accepted if it is submitted less than 30 calendar days prior to the review meeting.
