ACIR
The Advisory Commission on Intergovernmental Relations (ACIR) was the first “dead” agency ingested into the CyberCemetery site. This working manual provides a step-by-step explanation of how to convert and create digital representations of ACIR documents for Web based electronic access. The procedures manual is also supplemented by a series of appendices that provide further descriptions, including glossary of terms and links to useful Web sites. 

Texas Register
The Texas Register, (ISSN 0362-4781), is published weekly, 52 times a year by the Office of the Secretary of State, 1019 Brazos, Austin, Texas 78701. The University of North Texas Libraries receive both the print and electronic formats of the Texas Register documents. The electronic issues of the Texas Register are available in at least one of the file types (PDF and/or HTML), beginning with Volume 16, no. 44 (June 14, 1991), up to within a week of the most currently released issue. This document describe the "Texas Register" Web-Site Creations and Related Processes.

ETD 
This document describes the current status of Electronic Theses and Dissertation (ETD) at the UNT and outline the desired workflow that integrate the UNT libraries' new role for ETD stewardship. Among other benefits, the Digital Collections system will allow for the full-text searching of the ETD's as well as fielded metadata searching of the various fields crucial for the enhanced use of these documents. The search system is integrated into all parts of the Digital Collections system so that serendipitous discovery of resources will be facilitated. Considering the various issues associated with digital resource, recognizing the libraries experience in digital resource management, employing appropriate preservation procedures and ensuring long-term access to the rich University resource plays a major part in the justification to move the ETD's to the Libraies' Digital Collections.
