Southwest Power Pool's Contract Services area is the Independent Coordinator of Transmission (ICT) for Entergy Services.

In this role, SPP provides oversight over the operations of the Entergy transmission system, produces regional planning assessments, and oversees Entergy's operation of an enhanced weekly procurement process for obtaining competitive energy supply.
