LCOOCC Library & Migizi Cultural Center

New and Improved!

The LCOOCC Library and Cultural Center was finished in 2007, and opened with a speech from Ojibwe activist and former Vice-Presidential candidate Winona LaDuke.

The library features meeting rooms and a wiigwam fireplace room (pictured above), as well as all the things you would expect from a college library: computers, microfiche and thousands upon thousands of books.

Visit Us

There's a huge amount of information on the Internet, but there's a lot that isn't there, too. If you're looking for a book, magazine, newspaper, CD, or video that's not available online, the next place to try is your local library.

LCO participates in a network of libraries in Wisconsin and can borrow materials from any of its members. If your local library doesn't have an item but another library does, you may arrange for an interlibrary loan.

Ask the Librarian

Questions, comments or concerns can be directed to Caryl Pfaff, our resident Librarian.
