Public Meetings to discuss Sewer Bond Referendum

istock_000001047074small.jpgThe City of Willard will conduct two public meetings to present information about the sewer bond referendum that has been placed on the ballot for the June 2nd Election. City staff, elected officials, and city engineers will be on hand to answer questions about the proposal.

WHAT: PUBLIC MEETINGS ABOUT WILLARD SEWER BOND ISSUE

WHEN: Tuesday, May 12 at 6:00 p.m. & Thursday, May 28 at 6:00 p.m.

WHERE: Willard Community Building, 222 W. Jackson Street
The City of Willard is asking voters to consider approving an $8.5 million bond issue that would allow the City of Willard to build its own wastewater treatment plant.
