Programs include our flagship classroom training for leadership, project management, and business development; online webinars and self-study courses; and local office activities. We strive to provide exam preparation and continuing education opportunities for our many licensed and certified professionals.
Tools to Fit Your Needs and Schedule
Technology is the foundation for much learning activity. More than 500 courses are available online, accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from vendors offering targeted technical and professional training to meet employee needs. Webinars, podcasts, and videoconferencing are additional formats for training. As employees build expertise in specific topics, they are encouraged to share their expertise within the firm and with wider audiences using these formats, conference presentations, and white papers.
Educational Assistance is Available
In-house learning is complemented by company-sponsored employee attendance at approved seminars and conferences as well as company-paid membership in professional organizations. The company also reimburses a percentage of approved costs for college-level courses that are job related through the Education Assistance program.
