- "Learn the Signs. Act Early." is a national education campaign to teach parents, health care professionals, and early educators how to recognize the early warning signs of a developmental disorder -- and to encourage them to act early if a delay is suspected. The campaign offers free materials including fact sheets, milestone checklists, posters, growth charts, and flyers.
