What is a Program Complaint?
A Program Complaint is a civil rights complaint about the delivery
of US Department of Agriculture (USDA) programs and/or services.
The Program Complaint Process is managed and administered by the USDA
Office of Civil Rights. All Program Complaints must be filed with the USDA
Office of Civil Rights.
