The December issue of the Temperate Agroforester is now available for online viewing. In this issue, we will hear about some work on riparian forestry in North Dakota. I asked Craig to submit this article after a conversation where we were talking about plantings that we had done that DIDN’T work. Sometimes a person learns more about what not to do than what to do. In this article, Craig talks about both. He relates some of the difficulties and successes of working with trees in the unpredictable riparian forests of North Dakota. Enjoy. The editor.
