Airman's Roll Call: Military training instructors
SAN ANTONIO (AFNS) -- This week's Roll Call focuses on the Air Force's need for more military training instructors to meet the demands of increasing end strength.

Air Force officials will recruit about 4,000 additional enlisted Airmen per year during the next two years to boost manning to 332,700. Currently, the Air Force needs to bring on about 220 additional MTIs to get back on track and ensure a sustainable pace for these training professionals.
