Subject:	HIPAA report

I received the following request from a service provider and I am unaware of any such report generated by CAREWARE. Am I missing something?

The request reads: I need to know what kind of reports I can get out of the system in terms of who is logging in and what information they are accessing. I'm sure the system has some kind of log that has some of this information, even if it is just the time and date someone logs in. I would need to know how to run this report, or obtain this report from you on a quarterly basis.
