| Description: |
Consumer finance licensees make consumer loans of $50,000 and less. They may make automobile, real estate, mobile home, recreational vehicle, and signature loans. Short Term Personal Loan licenses are issued under the consumer finance act to persons who make short term, single payment high interest rate loans to consumers.
