This registration relates to any person or company operating or providing housing for agricultural workers.
"Agricultural Labor Housing" is defined by OAR 437-004-1120 as: Any place, or area of land, where there are living areas, manufactured or prefabricated structures or other housing provided by a farmer, farm labor contractors, agricultural employer or other person in connection with the recruitment of workers on an agricultural establishment.

However, failure to register could result in fines of up to $7,000. |

| Renewals: |
Must have retained registration on subject property consecutive years. If there was a lapse in registration for one year, you must go through consultation for a preoccupancy. If you have a change of ownership, the new owners must have a pre-occupancy consultation prior to registering their housing. |
