Description: A business or person holding this license may sell new and used manufactured structures and recreational vehicles at a single location. A manufactured structures dealer must apply for a Manufactured Structures Dealer Supplemental license (form 440-2963) to sell manufactured structures at an additional location.
Statutes, Rules, Ordinances: ORS 446.691-726
Duration: MSD - 3 years; MSS expires when MSD expires
Fees - application, exam, etc.:  $542.00 for manufactured structures dealers; $90.00 for each MSS
Responsible Agency: Finance & Corporate Securities Div DFCS - Licenses
Fee Exemptions: Exemptions:(scroll down to ORS 446. 691)
Bonding Requirements: $40,000 surety bond
Prerequisites: Only Manufactured Structures Dealer (MSD) may apply for a Manufactured Structures Dealer Supplemental (MSS) license.
