| Description: |
The paymaster of purses shall disuburse purse money due to horse owners after purses are released by the stewards. S/he will also maintain an itemized record of monies due to all horse owners based upon order of finish. |

All ORC licenses cost $30 for the initial 3-year license, and then $2 per year for each additional license category. All "add on" licenses will expire at the same time as the initial license. Renewals are processed exacly like the initial application.
