Description: All agricultural amendment products marketed or distributed in Oregon are required to be registered with the Oregon Department of Agriculture. A product is considered an agricultural amendment in Oregon if it does not contain guaranteed amounts of primary nutrients (nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium), secondary nutrients (calcium, magnesium, sulfur), and/or micronutrients (boron, copper, iron, manganese, molybdenum, zinc), but may promote plant growth or produce physical or chemical changes in the soil.

Duration: 1 year (Jan 1-Dec 31)
Fees - application, exam, etc.:  Registration fee: $25 per product
Product evaluation fee (waste derived products): $50 per product
Late fee: $25 per product
Renewal fee: $25 per product
