Updated May 29, 2007
The following version of the Department of Energy Acquisition Regulation (DEAR) is current as of the final rule published in the Federal Register on May 29, 2007. If you have any questions concerning this page, please contact Richard Langston in the Office of Procurement and Assistance Policy. The DEAR implements and supplements the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and is not, by itself, a complete document; it must be used in conjunction with the FAR. The DEAR is divided into the same parts, subparts, sections, subsections and paragraphs as is the FAR. However, when the FAR coverage is adequate by itself, there will be no corresponding DEAR part, subpart, etc.
