Comments:

The rules should be helpful to allow consumers to "easily" dispute the improper credit information reported by lenders, etc to consumer credit reporting/monitoring companies.

The credit monitoring agencies have too much power on consumers credit worthiness right now and should be somehow limited by law and regulation.

The rules should consider that a consumers credit cannot be impaired while a dispute is filed or investigation in progress.

The good credit of a consumer that is built for years should outweigh the one bad credit incident reported by one company. The consumer credit monitoring agencies should not be allowed to single handedly control creditworthiness of a consumer based on a single and odd bad credit incidents.
