The Water Authority has recently upgraded its bill payment services. You now have more ways than ever to pay your water bill:

Payment by Mail via Check
Include account number on check and address payments to:

Payment over the Phone
Pay your water bill with a credit card, including American Express, or from your checking or savings account. Just call 842-WATR (9287) and press Option 2 when prompted.

Online Payments  

There are two types of online payment:

• A one-time (i.e., non-recurring) payment via the Internet
• Or, register for our online payment and account management system. With it, you can view your account history information, pay your bill, set up automatic monthly payments and track your payment history. It's secure and easy!

Automatic Withdrawal
If you cannot or don't wish to use our online bill-pay services, you can still save the time, postage and the hassle of writing checks to pay your water bills. Simply sign up for payment by Automatic Withdrawal! Your monthly water bill will be paid automatically from your checking or savings account each month. Budget Payment Plan
Pay the same amount each month based on your average usage history.

Payment In Person
You can pay your water bill in person with cash, check or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) at the City Treasury, located on the first floor of the city/county government building at One Civic Plaza (400 Marquette).
