Important Updates
The following information highlights important changes that have been made to this tax booklet.
Worksheet II was significantly revised on February 7, 2007. Any taxpayer who has already filed a 2006 Montana individual income tax return, and who would be entitled to a refund as a result of using the revised worksheet, is asked to file an amended tax return with the revised Worksheet II attached. Corrections were made to Worksheet I, line 6, on February 6, 2007.
Worksheet VI, also known as the Itemized Deduction Worksheet, was revised effective March 16, 2007. For more information on Worksheet VI, click here.
