CDC has recommended worker and general
population exposure limits for chemical warfare agents:
- CDC
periodically reviews existing limits to examine if new risk
assessment methods and toxicity data would suggest the need for
revisions.
- Exposure
limits were originally recommended by CDC in 1988
- Nerve
agent (GA, GB, and VX) exposure limits were revised in 2003.
- Sulfur
mustard (H, HD) exposure limits
were revised in 2004.
