The ADA Amendments Act of 2008 (ADAAA) makes major changes to the definition of the term "disability," dramatically expands coverage of the law, and changes an employer's "reasonable accommodation" obligations. In this workshop, learn about the changes the ADAAA makes to the Americans with Disability Act and how it will effect employment, particularly the supervisor’s interactions with employees.
