Consider a career with Manitoba Infrastructure and Transportation!

Public service is a challenging and rewarding career. Manitoba Infrastructure and Transportation employs people in a broad range of positions at all levels. The positions include many science-based occupations, outdoor work and office work. Most of these positions require teamwork, research, administration and communication skills.

The provincial government has identified four groups as part of it’s commitment to build and maintain a workplace that reflects Manitoba’s diverse population. The four visible minority groups are Aboriginal people, visible minorities, persons with disability and women in management and non-traditional occupations.

With a focus on increasing and maintaining skilled employees at all job levels, the department has embarked on a renewal strategy to ensure that we can attract and maintain the talent needed to deliver important government services. The goals are renewal, sustainability, diversity and clarity to build a competent, representative government workforce serving Manitobans.
