ISO Forms Summary
For your convenience, ISO forms can be completed online and printed out. This is in addition to the more conventional method whereby you print out the form and fill it in by hand. There is an issue however with the "fill it in online" method concerning personal data being left in your browser's cache. If you are using a computer in a public place; library, internet cafe, etc., or simply do not want to risk leaving personal information on the computer, it is recommended that you :
- reset each form you use after you are finished with them, and
- clear your computer's cache when you are finished with it.
Either step takes only a moment to do.
