About the Library

Hamilton and Sinclair Libraries are open to any individual who wishes to use materials inside the library buildings. Almost all materials are available on open shelves for self- retrieval. Selected materials are kept in protective storage and may not available to all library users, or may be available only for a fee to persons not affiliated with the University of Hawaii at Manoa (audiovisual media). CLIC Lab Hamilton and CLIC Lab Sinclair

UH at Manoa Library has two Computerized Learning and Information Center Labs (CLIC) co-sponsored with ITS (UH Information and Technology Services). They are open to all University of Hawaii-affiliated individuals with current identification.

Public Computer Use Policy

Research Carrels

PhD students working on their dissertations, affiliated researchers and others such as visiting scholars may reserve research carrels. Carrels are given out on a first come, first served basis, provided eligibility requirements are met.
