Reservation Policy

Room reservations are cancelled at 6:00 PM unless guaranteed by credit card or held by advance deposit. Unclaimed guaranteed reservations will be charged for the first night’s room and tax, and any remaining nights will be released.

Guaranteed reservations may be canceled until 6:00 PM on the arrival date. In the event of a cancellation, retain your cancellation number for future reference.

Each April 1, reservations are accepted for the following academic school year, with the exception of home football game weekends.

Reservation requests for home football weekends are accepted each season by mail only, postmarked June 1 or later. After July 1 non-mail requests are accepted for any remaining football weekend availability.

Reservation Policy
for Special Events

Premium special event rates are in effect for home football weekends, SpringFest in April and May Commencement. They are in effect on Friday and Saturday nights.

Room reservations for special events must be guaranteed by credit card or held by an advance deposit of one nights' room and tax. Unclaimed guaranteed reservations will be charged for one nights' room and tax and any remaining nights will be released.

A 48-hour notice of cancellation is required. Guaranteed reservations may be cancelled until 6 p.m. two days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee of one nights' room and tax. Please retain your cancellation number for future reference.
