The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is made up of 12 other divisions in addition to the Division of Marketing and Development. These divisions handle a wide range of responsibilities. How to Navigate www.Florida-Agriculture.com
The purpose of www.Florida-Agriculture.com is twofold: to provide information to Florida agri-businesses, as well as to the consuming public.
When first visiting our site, we recommend using the tabs at the top of the page to go to either the "Consumers" section or the "Agribusiness" section. This will help you navigate the site more effectively and find information that is of interest to you.
The "Agribusiness" section contains information and materials that help Florida agribusinesses more effectively market their product. These marketing tools include trade leads, commodity prices, export assistance, agricultural statistics, weather reports, license and bond requirements, agricultural classified ads, and information about the Florida Agricultural Promotional Campaign.
The "Consumers" section is intended for the general public. It provides general information about Florida agriculture, the variety and availability of Florida agricultural products, recipes, fairs and expositions, U-pick farms, community farmers' markets, food safety tips, and other information of interest to consumers.
