The Maryland Department of Agriculture's Seafood Marketing and Aquaculture Development Program has three Maryland Seafood Cookbooks in full color. Choose from the following three full-color cookbooks, each illustrating different ways to enjoy the bounties of the Chesapeake Bay.

The Cookbooks are available for a discount price when purchased in a minimum quantity of ten in any combination. Re-sellers are tax exempt with submission of re-sale tax number.

Traditional Tidewater Recipes
Cookbook I, 40 pages, featuring 67 traditional Maryland recipes for crabs, oysters, clams and fish. Includes information on opening crabs, filleting fish and shucking oysters and clams.
 
Cookbook II —
Favorite Recipes from Maryland Chefs
Cookbook II, 68 pages, includes a 12 - page "how to" section, features 93 favorite recipes from Maryland chefs, restaurants and food editors.
 
Cookbook III —
Contemporary Cuisine
Cookbook III, 68 pages, featuring 75 recipes, an expanded section on seafood handling tips, caloric breakdown per serving, and both microwave and conventional cooking directions for a third of the recipes.
