The Future of Biofuels in Minnesota

This Minnesota Environmental Initiative (MEI) policy forum will examine biofuels in Minnesota: where we are, where we’re going, and how we’ll get there. Speakers will discuss recent federal and state laws regarding biofuels and the goals that need to be met, as well as examine emerging biofuel sources and developing technologies. Speakers include: Bill Grant, Associate Executive Director, Izaak Walton League of America; Bill Lee, General Manager, Chippewa Valley Ethanol; Mark Lindquist, Biofuels Manager, MN DNR; Jess Richards, Biofuels Sector Manager, MPCA; and David Thornton, Assistant Commissioner, MPCA.
