We ship by UPS, who requires a street address for delivery. UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box. Please make sure you street address is used as the shipping address.
Plants are shipped in the sizes designated below. Although, some plants will be dormant or bare-root, they are all very vigorous and ready to be well-established in your garden.
Heronswood does not ship to Hawaii or international addresses.
A NOTE TO RESIDENTS IN HAWAII:
Having determined it is not in the long-term best interests of the flora of Hawaii, we have made a decision to no longer ship plants to there. We hope the residents of Hawaii understand and respect our decision. We appreciate the words of encouragement and support that we have received from concerned residents and environmentalists of Hawaii.
Heronswood ships Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays through certain seasonal windows. The shipping windows are determined by using zonal information, customer feedback and our years of shipping experience in order to have your plants arrive at the safest possible planting time. During the checkout process, you will be able to choose which of the available ship dates you would prefer. If you wish to request an alternative ship date outside of our predetermined windows, please contact the Customer Service Department.
