This section focuses on innovative approaches to substance abuse prevention and treatment. Programs across the United States that seek to find unique and nontraditional solutions to these complex social problems are highlighted. Other topics include innovations relating to addiction treatment, harm reduction, integrated case management, prison-based treatment and rehabilitation. It seeks to provide interested parties with information on the current state of drug testing, community partnerships, clinical assessments, and drug education.
