What's New

Beef Basics VII: "Using Corn co-Products in the Beef Cow Herd" is a new course that will introduce corn milling byproducts and their uses in beef cow operations. Participants will learn about wet and dry milling processes, nutrient content, how to compare prices of feedstufffs and co-products, handling and storage, economics, and fitting co-products into beef cow rations.

Beef Cow Basics Plus: Course I has recently been revised/rewritten and is being replaced with BeefCow Basics-Plus: Cutting edge information on nutrition, forages, supplements and economics -- a solid introduction to basic beef production with topics based on current university research.
