Alumni Relations

Conference & Event Office
The Conference & Event Office manages a wide range of conferences, events, weddings and group accommodation at the University. Whether you are an internal department or are not part of the University, if you have an enquiry or wish to make a booking, please contact a member of the conference and event team who will be able to advise you on the extensive facilities available.
Year round, hotel style accommodation is available King’s Hall, where ensuite rooms provide modern and tranquil surroundings, in the heart of Old Aberdeen. Additional accommodation in student halls of residence becomes available in the summer vacation period, mid June to early September.

We do not disclose student e-mail addresses as these details are subject to Data Protection. If you would like to get in touch with a University of Aberdeen student but don't know his or her e-mail address, send an e-mail to helpdesk@abdn.ac.uk with details of the student's full name and course of study, if you know it. We will forward your e-mail to the relevant student so he or she can reply to you. Internal staff and students may use the global user directory.
