Studentmail at Aberdeen

Studentmail is the exciting new web based e-mail and calendaring service for undergraduate and taught postgraduate students at the University of Aberdeen. Developed and hosted by Microsoft Exchange Labs, Studentmail boasts:

	An interactive and modern interface		10GB of mail storage
	Access using mobile devices		An additional 5GB of online file storage via Windows Live Skydrive
	An Online Address Book of all students		A Calendar facility
	Access to instant messaging		Junk E-mail Filtering

Your Studentmail is yours for life, and you can keep it open even after graduating.

New Students

To obtain your studentmail account you must first complete the computing section of eReg. Go to www.abdn.ac.uk/ereg and follow the on-screen instructions.

Returning Students

If you are a returning student, your e-mail address will change to look like j.bloggs.08@aberdeen.ac.uk

Your old University e-mails and e-mail address will be deleted on 12th December 2008 and there will be no further access from this date. You will not be able to send messages from Squirrelmail as of 5th December 2008.
